REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

C.L.O2tech Ltd, having office address at Hasadot 13/20 – Ramat Ha-Sharon, Israel, (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 14 business days of receiving it for a refund. Some restrictions may apply.

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be original, in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in the above clauses. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.

CANCELLATIONS

We currently do not have a cancellation policy in place. we recommend you to review all terms and conditions before making a purchase decision.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and verified your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your Paypal Account within 30 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for the company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your account, Then contact PayPal customer care.

If more than 40 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.
